La Trinidad Washed tastes like the land of the great northwest Philippines. As with many fine single origins, this coffee is a collaborative effort across several growing communities in La Trinidad, Benguet, with quality assured by our longtime producer partners at Kapi Tako. In the cup, expect sweetness of tropical Filipino fruits like mangga and sampaloc, gentle aromatics of fresh kasoy, sitting on a foundation of sweetness like arnibal. We love it as a filter coffee–but you do you!
