How To CMU: Trail To Talk

We're hosting a short lecture that serves as your introduction to mountain running and this year's courses at Cordillera Mountain Ultra.

Event starts with a trail run at Camp John Hay hosted by our friends from Don't Stop Running Community. This ends at El Union Baguio for a series of quick lectures on running CMU and race strategies with JP Alipio and Don Santillan.
